Welcome to Gîte de Rénac Village, a charming 1831 house carefully renovated and nestled in the peaceful village of Rénac, in the heart of Cantal. This detached granite cottage with a slate roof combines authenticity, comfort, and nature—perfect for holidays with family or friends. The 120 m² gite features a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a children’s loft area with games and TV, plus a ground-floor WC. Outside, enjoy a 1,000 m² enclosed garden with a furnished terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, pétanque court, and open views of Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès. There’s a secure shelter for bikes, motorbikes, boats, or fishing gear. Lake access for fishing is just 300 m away: a private 3-hectare area with a beach and hiking trail awaits, ideal for nature and fishing lovers. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Optional services: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen with beds made on arrival. Towels are not provided. Nearby, you’ll find a public beach with treetop adventure course, playgrounds, and bars just 500 m away (walkable), plus many activities: hiking, cycling, swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing. Must-see sites nearby include Salers, Laroquebrou, Maurs, Rocamadour, Figeac, Conques, the Tours de Merle, and more. The owner is available via the booking platform to advise you on activities and places to visit. Please note: the gite is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
